UCSF is very hard to get into. They effectively require bachelors degrees. Choose the school which is right for you and which you get accepted into.
Both programs are not direct admittance. UCSF is a graduate/professional school only, no undergrad.

UCSF is very difficult to get into, however, this does not mean that you can not get into the #1 pharmacy school in America.

UCSD did not get final accreditation however all of their students who had passed the NAPLEX and law exam are practicing pharmacY. I do not know the logistics of this but I heard this from a good friend who once considered UCSD. Why not try Touro or UOP?

UCSD's pharmacy school just started like a few years ago. So, San fran might be a better place. but its really up to you wehre you want to be located.
