First of all, it's one in the morning and people are outside my window talking REALLY loud ^^;;
Now to the point: take a hot bath, maybe massage the sore muscles a little when they're submersed in water.
Muscle rub is helpful and if that doesn't work, good old Tylenol/Motrin/Aleve can do the trick :]
Some light stretching could also loosen them up because they may just be tight.

a bath with epsom salt, some extra strength tylenol, and some bengay. if there's a specific muscle group, put a bit of water on a washcloth and microwave it for 1 minute. it will be very hot so test it out first, and apply to the affected are. if you have a corn bag, this would be the time to use it!

always warm up before excersize and stretch your self through again after excersize has finiished. During whaterver activity you are doing make sure to drink plenty and never push yourself! But Long hot baths work for me and deep heat treatment is great! You can buy it in sprays, patches, self heating creams they are great! Good Luck.xx

The banana answer is right - potassium helps!

Light stretching, warm baths/showers, and a tylenol before bedtime always work for me :)

warm bath
eating lots of fruits, especially bananas
drinking water
taking tylenol or aleve (personally, i'd reccomend tylenol from my own experiences with sore muscles)
resting as much as possible
and putting some muscle rub on it.
that always worked for me!!
i hopee you feel betterr

take advil or something like it.
stretch often, when your muscles are warm they dont hurt as much.
eat bananas,
take a bath,
drink baking soda and water, it tastes disgusting, but it worked for me.
icy hot feels really good also.
