I apologize for not having any direct, valid answers, but have you connected with orgs that do that kind of work, local to you? OR other hobbyists?

Have you connected with the manufacturer of the tumbler to see if they offer peripheral tools/equipment?

Have you checked a general search in the WWW browser using keywords?

I mean no offense, and hopefully you'll get valid answers from others in similar situations local to you, but the options available are certainly more vast than Q&A.

Have you checked the less obvious? Home improvement stores that sell BITS. and blades? Diamond wheels for cutting are sold for DIAG. Grinders, but may not be workable for FINE/Delicate work, you might involve in?
