I don't know what to get first....my friend is selling his car for 1500, I want to get some shoes, some clothes, and a phone but I don't know what I should buy first. Can somebody help me. I make a lil over 400 at work. And I just want to know out of the things I just named which should I buy first. thanks.

Buy what you NEED most 1st, so probably the phone /car and if you cant decide save it all and then once a few years are up, you'll have extra money after buying that for college to get even a better job and back on with the saving for retirement circle.. ;)

A car. When will you find another one that cheap, and from someone you know. You may also be able to make a payment plan/ deal with him so it will be affordable for you.
