Bush pulled them out of Iraq after they had found absolutely no evidence of "WMD". He was afraid that if they stayed any longer the world might listen to their findings. The Bush Administration is morally bankrupt, and this president will go down in history as the man who brought the world into tribulation, but not the one that saw it through to the end.

17 direct violations of sanctions put on Iraq for the Gulf War.. After many attempts fully inspect Iraq.. Sadams refusal lead to his demise..
Sadam claimed WMD as well as intel from many sources, his refusal of COMPLETE inspection lead to UN invasion

The way I remember it Saddam was dancing around the issue of allowing inspectors to look where they wanted to. They were allowed to look where Saddam wanted them to look and that was it.
