V = length * width * height

Convert everything into cm first.
0.704 m * 100 cm / 1 m = 70.4 cm
0.0000302 km * 1000 m / 1 km * 100 cm / 1m = 3.02 cm

V = 70.4cm * 1.73cm * 3.02cm = 367.8 cm^3

start by converting everything to cm.

1.73cm wide, 70.4 cm long, 3.02 cm thick

you then multiply these all together to get volume.

367.8 cm cubed. At least I think that's right.

better convert all into least unit , centimeter
1 meter = 100 cm
0.704m = 70.4 cm
1 km = 1000 m = 1000* 100 cm = 100000 cm
0.0000302 km = 3.02 cm
so volume = 70.4 * 1.73* 3.02 cm^3
= 367.81184 cm3

1.73cm = .0173m
.0000302 km = .0302 m
So V = .704*.0173*.0302 = .0003678 m^3= 367.8 cm^3
