I think 10% of the United Statesian population is black, that is 30 million people. Many African countries have more than 30 million inhabitants. Like Ethiopia or Congo, for example.
Lets put one thing clear about Brazil. Many people lump mixed-race Brazilians in the black label. Brazil do not have 50% of blacks. Considering black a person that really can be mistaken as an African, then Brazil has no more than 20% of blacks, what is 36 million people.
So all the largest black countries are in Africa. Check their population.

the US is NOT SECOND, i do not know what has the highest but lets be serious, look at all the countries in Africa they have over a 90% African population, probably more, think of the few other races live there, there just is not many people who are not "black"

oh its very possible USA is the second, 90% of a smaller population still comes out to be a smaller number. You realize America is huge right.
