Go to Planned Parenthood. Look it up in your phone book. Usually, Planned Parenthood is located at your local health department. The birth control pill is free from Planned Parenthood. Get some condoms from them, too. Those are free.

Check with Planned Parenthood to see what the law is in your State because in many States the law says that parents still have to be notified when it comes to those under 18 wanting the pill.

PLANNED PARENTHOOD is the best thing ever. They will help you with everything you need! If you want to go to your regular doctor, you can, and your parents cannot find out. Patient-Doctor Confidentiality laws wont allow them to, but if you want to be 100% safe use planned parenthood. They are really nice people and wont make you feel bad or judge you.
