Get used to it???

I hear there are some exercises that can strengthen the muscles behind the breast, but I don't think that would be the entire cure. Once they sag, they sag -- only other thing would be to get surgery, which I personally do not recommend.

Sorry to say, but I think you are going to have to live with it.

unfortunately there is nothing you can do beacause your breasts are not muscle they are fatty tissue.you can build your pecs, but that will not firm up the breasts.I have asked a doctor so I wear a good underwire bra like at victoria secrets a little pricey but they support well, look nice, come in different styles, and victoria secrets will measure you incase your not sure of your size-- alot of women aren't sure.you didn't mension your age,but you can't stop gravity so eventually all women sag.and you should always wear a bra so they don't start way early.I'm in my mid 40s and mine don't sag to bad also I've had three children!

I am no expert on sagging breasts or how saggy they may be but I have seen women go braless with sagging breasts and have it look okay. Make sure that everything else about you is okay, eg. you are clean and do not smell. One thing for sure, outside of surgery nothing will stop them from sagging.

I'm not sure what your weight is, but if you lose weight (in a healthy way, with exercise and eating right, please!), you're breasts will get smaller and there might be some lift.

Also, you can do push-ups, which builds the muscles beneath the breasts and makes them perkier.

Good luck!

they're just going to sag. yeah, like that girl said, an underwire bra. but you can't keep them from sagging. unless you want to invest in some cosmetic procedures.

Buy a good support bra and do pectoralis exercises to strengthen the muscles that support your breast tissue.
