I am planing on putting LED lights inside my motorcycle to light the whole thing up red. I know its illegal in NY to put underglow on cars but im not sure about motorcycles. Can someone please let me know if its illegal for bikes or not?

Probably.
With very few exceptions, motorcycles must follow the same laws as automobiles.

In Arizona if they are constantly moving it's good specially stop lights turn it should matter... go for it? check with motorcycle cop?

looking at the ama site, it says nothing about whether LED's are legal or not. i specifically looked for ny's mc laws, and i didnt come up with anything for this.

it aplies to it oo but i think it's only illegal if you are driving around with it on if it's on a parking lot with the lights on then it's not
