well knowing this is impossible as sound doesn't travel from under the ground in dirt.. then i wouldn't be scared of what could be under the ground..
... but rather i would be more worried about my mental state.
plus the person would have suffocated ... if they didn't suffocate then as soon as they open their mouth to scream.. then the dirt would get in and shock them to death..
...
..haha.. sorry i know your trying to scare everyone with this but if you think about it logically, well... it makes no sense, at all.

you forgot to mention the cemetary.....
all things considered, I would definitely call for help and start digging to try to get the person out.....if this turned out to be a prank, I'd use the whole I just dug for the perps......

Interesting question. I think I would stay there and call the police. If I didn't think i was crazy I'd start digging.
