First for those who don't know why she says they "think" it is a girl. That is because there is a 15 -20% chance of being wrong on an ultra sound. The only sure way to tell the gender is by a test on the genetics of a baby......very expensive and timly.
My daughter's second child was going to be a girl. We chose the name Maddison to go with her big sister Mackanzie. The baby came out absoultly beautiful. We were all ooooooooing and goooooooooing about how pretty she was. The doctor heard the name Madison and figured it was a boys name.
Suddenly, the doctor help the baby up and I saw the big balls & Penis of the little boy. We were all out of our minds suprised and joyful. He became Junior with his dads name.
My daughter & I had made the room pinkish rose. We bought and washed lots of girl clothing. Bonnets and pretty pink dresses and sleepers. I have chrochetted a blanket for the girl. My grandaughter & I went to build a bear and picked a pink bear and dressed it as a Ballerina.
The baby she is having now is suppose to be a girl again, We are more sure this time because she had one of those 3 demintional ultrasound.
back to the name...........
oh boy, let's keep our fingers crossed and pray that it isn't a boy. What a horrible name to put on a little boy. His nickname would probably be Sin. If I were you I would NEVER let him mention the name again. Sinclair maybe. Dad needs a reality check LOL

I am sorry. I couldn't think of anything to go with Sincere. Any name you put after will sound like you are saying that that person is sincere. Maybe your husband will change his mind.

You just posted a question stating that you're due in April with a girl, not that you *think* it's a girl. You gotta be specific on here so people understand and don't ask you questions back. As to your question now, Sincere is NOT a name, it's an adjective. I like the way your husband is interested in unusual names, but that's just TOO out there. Oh what a coincidence...a girl on Maury (I'm watching that now) is named "Sincere". That's weird. Anyways, I think Trinity is a beautiful name and if my son didn't have a "T" name, I'd consider that for my baby (unsure if it's a girl, but I think it is). One thing you and your husband have to agree on is what to name your child, so if you hate the name he picked, you need to tell him flat out. I'm sure there is nothing worse than hating yourself for naming your child something stupid later in life. Good luck.

I agree, Sincere is a horrible name for a boy or a girl. Trinity is OK, but if its a boy, you both should agree on a name that you both like. You will be calling this child by it for the rest of their life. I think Trinity Dawn is pretty. For a boy I named my son Evan Daniel, so I'm partial to that name!

Trinity is very nice. How about these for middle names:
Rose, Marie, Victoria, Lyn, Elisabeth, Elizabeth, Grace... It depends on how long your last name is.
I agree with you. Sincere is not a very good name for a boy, or even a girl for that matter. Maybe you can suggest other names. Is it a family name?

I love Trinity! I like Trinity Paige! But I definitely agree with you on Sincere. Poor kid, he would be teased for his name all the time. Explain to your husband that you're not trying to be mean, but rather protect your unborn child and tell him the consequences of having a name like Sincere. I wish you best of luck! God bless!

I "sincerely" hope you're not considering your husband's ridiculous suggestion at all. Put the kibosh on that one.
How about Avril for the girl? It's the French form of April. Trinity is okay.

Quite honestly, I wouldn't let my husband name our son Sincere! He'll get teased, poor thing! You BOTH should agree on a name.
I love Trinity, however
If anything, Sincere sounds like a girls name, anyway. I mean, Sincerity, *maybe* for a girl, but Sincere for a boy? nah.
