This isn't really used concretely, but I'll say what it means to me.

Self-concept includes thoughts (beliefs) and feelings about oneself, especially as evidenced by their behavior or mannerisms. It includes things like self-esteem and confidence (or lack thereof), and can be evidenced by the types of relationship a person seeks, the way a person treats his or her body, or even the way she or he treats and react to others.

It means the way you see yourself - who and what you are, what you believe/stand for, etc.
