how do i fix my battery so its back to usual???

If the car started, you're fine. If you ran the battery all the way down, it's not good for the battery's life, but it doesn't really hurt anything else. If the battery is fairly new, you're probably OK. If it's 6 years old, you should get a new one.

Kinda bad. It'll drain the battery. I left my car's interior driver-side dome-light on all night and when I checked on the car in the morning it wouldn't start.

The worst that would happen is a dead battery. If your battery is older it might kill it but that's the worst that would happen.
