Yep, I believe so. The problem being that so many of them run on 'morals' and end up being hypocrites. That's where outrage lies with many people.

I really don't care that Craig might be gay. That should not be grounds for his dismissal from the Senate. Other Repubs in the Senate want him out because he is an embarrassment. I would, however, seriously question his honesty and sound decision making process. He was charged in June, had 2 months to think about his plea and consult an attorney, choose to plead guilty and NOW he has misgivenings about his plea

I would think so. I would think a Libertarian might be able to more easily move it along.

they wouldn't be against the law itself, but they would hate the 'evidence' for his arrest.
