You know what Paris? You must be one pathetically weak (upper and lower body), unbelievably clumsy, and ridiculously slow moron.

Since it must really be hard being you, I suggest that you talk to your P.E. teachers, or coaches. I am assuming that you must not have any parents.

My nephew had the same exact problem last year. We did alot of research and after trying several different things we ended up with one that worked in a big way. After about 2 1/2 months on the program (see link) he shaved almost 4/10ths of second off his 40 yd. dash! A year later and he now regularly completes the 40 in under 4.6 secs...Hes a 6'1" 185 lb. WR. When you visit the link read it thru 2 or 3 times, it explains why weight training and conventional methods do not help with speed...they only help with strength and endurance. And its very cheap, like $30

get a running chute and a weighted vest (not the ankle ones those are bad for your knees). Practice running your routes and making cuts using pylons. Also if theres a beach available... running in sand will help your endurance... which is usually more important than speed. Also try non football activities, such as basketball, boxing or hell even dancing. Anything that will force you to maintain your balance while moving should help.

You need to run and run a lot you got to build endurance in order to perform at a high level of agility. Then do a lot of running drills with ankle weights and tire pulls. Also do sprint drills that require you to do a lot of cutting in and out. Hey if wanna be the best you got to practice hard only blood, sweat and your tears will get you to your goals. Good Luck

Try the old fashioned way hit the bleachers run sets time your self and see if you get any quicker. also using the first bleacher bench stand in front of it and jump straight up on the bleacher and back down to the landing do this in 3 sets of 10 then try getting up to 5 sets of 10.

jump rope and dot drills help with foot work... to be honest I'd take martial arts.. they help with total body agility.
