Today, a sales rep for MINRAD laser devices came to the clinic and attached a strap on thingy to my C arm fluoro unit. LORD ALMIGHTY!! get that thing off my c arm. We threw him out, his strap on too, and I had to reassure the machine for hours that he was plenty enough for any case.

Maybe his fluoro unit has a floppy drive instead of a C arm and using a strap on is the only way it can function and feel like a man.

Several years ago I went to see a buddy but he was not home yet. His wife began to tell me about coming home the night before to find him wearing her nightie and probing himself anally with her high-heel shoe.
Needless to say, I left and never returned.
Some things about buddies are better left unknown.

And I'm sure the machine is very capable, but you should be asking the patients if they would prefer it with or without the enhancement.
