What would be the ideal cleaning cloth? and does anyone know how to touch up the paint on the frames?

Don't use paper towels - the paper particles can cause tiny scratches.

Use a clean soft, 100% cotton towel or dish towel. A clean tee shirt will work too.

Don't try touching up the paint on the frames. It won't match perfectly & won't blend in.

Any soft cotton cloth like a diaper or an old T-shirt will do the trick. For touch ups it would depend on the color if black use a permanet marker if some other color use nail polish.

A towel or paper towel or the edge of your tee. No clue about the second one sorry!

a tissue, use paint not acrylic but thick
