What size metric wrench between 3/8" & 7/16" ?

3/8" smaller than 10mm
7/16" almost 11mm but bigger than 10mm
The right wrench or socket is 10mm

3/8" is 9.5mm. 7/16" is 11.1mm. So you might need a 10mm or an 11mm wrench.
Don't go buying wrenches one at a time. Just spend the $10 for a whole set.

my 7/16 wrench is to small what is the next size i m taking off the flexible brake hose on a 1991 f150 ford pickup 4.9 engine and the 1/2 size is too small can u help me out first time doing this

every car is not American made or have the same engine size that is why mechanics use metric tools.
