I can try WeBuilder, Alleycode and CoffeeCup.

Do you have a preference?

I'm not a professional programmer, just a novice who wants to improve some websites.

If you want a "what you see is what you get" HTML editor, try pagebreeze, it's used all over the world, and it works great. Hope you enjoy it.

I've heard lots of good things about CoffeeCup - nothing bad. I bought the CoffeeCup package but haven't gotten around to using it yet. I haven't really heard about the other two but my preference would go to CoffeeCup.

IF you are stuck with one of those three -- use Coffee Cup, If you aren't stuck and can use any free editor use NVU
