Atlantic: Penguins
Northeast: Senators
Southeast: Lightning
Central: Red Wings
Northwest: Avalanche
Pacific: Sharks (if Niedermayer and Selanne come back then Ducks)
~
auvura299, you are one dumb *****. You called me an idiot, I have my right to lash back.
~~
HOLY SH!T, auvura299, you are even dumber than I thought! This is what you wrote "the wild have been consistently better than the Av's for there whole existence". What alternate universe have you been living in?????? The Avs have been the most consistent team in the NHL since they moved to Denver!!! (not counting the wings and devils). North Stars never won a Cup, they lost in two finals, that's it!

My Oppinion :
Centreal : Red Wings Nashvile lost a few Good players but the wings also lost some The Wings Got a good defensman during the free agency And I Like The Wings
Pacfiic : Ducks The if factor The return of Nidermayer will decide if they will have a good chance to Back to BAck Cups , if not it should de tight with the sharks.
NorthWest: Avalache It Will be tight but a few aquations from The Team will edge rivals from the Canucks, Flames, Wild and Edmonton... No offense but the loss of Smith didnt help.
Atlantic : Pinguins Crosby Malkin Stall And the Kids are just Too STRONG for the Rangers. The Rangers will get a good run at it but...no. The Devils are out of the runnings this year
NorthEast: Ottawa Heavy loses by Buffalo. Opens the door to Ottawa! The rest wont comme even close.
SouthEast: Tampa Bay It Will be tight LeCavalier, StLouis and Ritchards will have to be on top of their game to beat rivals From Atlanta and Carolina of course.
Stanley Cup : Pittsburg Pinguins THE Kids are too strong for the other teams not even the ducks and Wings
Dark Horse : Carolina of course It had to be there Good to Bad If Good Confrece Finals Or Cup If Bad Miss of playoff

auvura299 - the Avs have 2 Stanley Cups. How many do the Wild have?
The North Stars have NOTHING to do with the Wild. The Avs have only been in Colorado 11 years. They won the Cup their first season. Plus, the Avs significantly bettered themselves after BARELY missing the playoffs last year. The Wild haven't been significantly better than the Avs their whole existence. The Avs have won the Cup since the Wild joined the league. The Avs missed the playoffs just that once in those 11 years, You call me uneducated? You seem to be less educated than I am.

Atlantic - NY Rangers.
NorthEast - Toronto Maple leafs (Hey! it could happen!)
Southeast - Tampa Bay Lightning
Central - Detroit Red Wings
North West - I would love to say Avs Or Flames but i honestly belive the Vancouver will clinch division again this year.
Pacific - San Jose Sharks. (Providing that Teemu And Niedermayer dont come back or sign with someone else.)

Not the same question at all, Flame's fan.
I think your guys have a legitimate shot, as does Sharks.
I can't see a clear cut favorite in the central. Maybe Detroit again, I think Nashville regressed.
In the east, Tampa could take another run at it. You know Pittsburg is going to be a powerhouse sooner or later, so maybe. Ottawa (this hurts) should be the favorite in the NE due to Buffalo's talent drain.
I don't think my guys (Leafs) did quite enough to qualify. Playoffs, but no hardware, again.

Cannot begin to tell you how disappointed I am in your avatar Mathew. Our deal was for 30 days and while I am not about to ask for the 30 cards I sent you back, I lived up to my end, typical Flames fan(KIDDING ALL). Your word means everything as you get older Mathew, please do the right thing and get the Oiler avatar back up.
To answer your question, Oilers, Ottawa, with the Rangers and Vancouver as alternate choices. Annual charity golf tournament for the Leafs and Flames is already scheduled, lol , for the first weekend of May.
