my friends baby wasent purposeply names after rocks but her name is Amber Jade
and it was actually just because amber was her aunts angel baby and jade i just picked cuz i liked it

Ok, I've never heard of that color, and while I love the name Aubrey, Aubrey Jean sounds too much like Billie Jean, the song.....there are several songs w/ "Jean" as a name, and I personally wouldn't want that association.
I like Aubrey Rose, Aubrey Grace, Aubrey Ruth....

Jean is a cute middle name, but I don't like Aubrey at all, especially on a girl.

My friend named their daughter - Aubrey Jean.
Fortunately she is not that color - I wasn't aware of the color until I looked it up for this question.
Personally, I think it a bit old fashioned

Fine if you're French I guess. Aubrey is a man's name and Jean, though usually a girl's name in English is a man's name in french where it is actually pronounced john.
