how do you know when you start your period??

Many people have NO symptoms at all until they start to bleed
[ which is why there are so many accidents ].
Others may get 'munchies' for sweet or salt; headache, constipation, cramps, some even get nauseated, one of my friends got 'pains in her feet that went up to her hips'.
Ask your mom, sister, aunts what kind of warning signs they got.

I can always tell a week before my period starts. My boobs hurt, I start getting bitchy and depressed, I usually crave chocolate or sweet things, I eat helluv food, then I start getting cramps and it feels like someone is stabbing me in the stomach. It sucks!

Before my period my appetite for food goes up and my breasts feel sore.. before the first day of the period i get this headache that is unrelieved by medication.

Blood starts to come out of you. I usually get a lower back ache and cramps as well. Thats pretty much how you tell.

you will get armpit hair, pubes, breasts grow, a growthspurt, and then your breasts hurt badly, and you have a "stomache". Thats when you know to put on a pad. Your not missing out. Trust me.
