a new supermarket has opened in town 10 miles from where the browns live. the price appears to be cheaper than those of there local corner shops. help the browns decide whether it will be cheaper to shop locally or at new supermarket.

Since the drive will be 20 miles, there will be extra expense in fuel and wear and tear on their car. Or they will have to pay for some form of transportation.

Our gov't estimates $0.445/mile to operate a car for business purposes. That's $8.90 in cost to drive to the other town.
