The longest implantation takes is 10 days (7-10). A blood test is accurate right after that. So I would say if your implantation is short, you could try it. But 11DPO or after is the safe bet.

Probably not. They say you can test as early as 4 days before your period but I would wait until you've missed your period otherwise you'll just be throwing money away on the tests.
