I have a coolant leak and I can't see a visible leak although I have only looked under the car and hood without moving anything. The car hasn't overheated either.

Could it be the radiator cap or is it most likely a blown head gasket. Remember the car isn't overheating

Internal leak may show up as white smoke coming from the exhaust or coolant in the oil---can be tested with a pressure tester on the radiator...parts stores sell or rent them or have a garage do it. External leaks can be traced with coolant dye and a blacklight kit if not readily visible---again, parts stores sell them. Overflow tank could be leaking also to make you think the engine is leaking. Heater core leaks inside the car can sometimes take a while to show up but usually, you get a mist coming from the vents that smells sweet. Once in a great while coolant can also leak into the trans via the trans cooler in the radiator---pretty rare though not impossible.
