I usually run, do yoga, a bit of pilates, swimming, and whatever random thing I can think of...basically, about two hours worth a day, one of swimming or running, and one of whatever else. How can I fit that or something else in while I'm taking care of the little guy? I'd like to take him with my for some things, but I cant spend the money on a jogging stroller, and while the baby yoga seems good for him it does nothing for me...
Any advice? Thank you in advance.

Walking with whatever kind of stroller you have is still really good exercise and a lot better than nothing. Have you a local swimming pool or sports centre which has a creche? I put my toddler in the creche while I swim and it works well. You can always do some skipping or dancing while he rolls on the floor or while he's sleeping.

If you want 2 hours of exercise a day, (I say 1 is even great with a baby) the first hour of home exercise, I would put the baby down for a nap or after changing and feeding him I would put him in the playpen or in a Jumperoo (they are a little expensive, but you could get a secondhand one). I put my 9 month old in her Jumperoo when I need to do anything and she is sooo happy for at LEAST an hour. For the other part of exercising, I would go out for an hour walking with the baby in a stroller. You dont have to have a jogging stroller to walk! And walking is just as good and easier on your back!

YMCA often has mommy and me swimming classes, for kids 9/10 months and older. It gets the kids used to being around water, and moms get exercise as well.

If money's tight, YMCA offers free/low cost memberships.
