Don't run out and buy anything, don't look for spacial shower, there aren't any.

If you haven't yet, check for the restrictor that holds back the water for energy savings. Take the shower head off, inside you will find a white or black disc that covers the inside of the head. Take this out, some are permanently installed and, like mine, have to be drilled out, if this is the case, I think mine was a 3/8 but check, just get it out. You'll see a big difference.

Hint: when cleaning the calcium out of a shower head, Instead of vinegar, which lacks a lot of power for this, use "the Works" from Wal-Mart for toilets, it eats the deposits out right now.

You probably need to clean the shower head especially if you have hard water. Take the shower head off and look to see if you have any white calcium deposits in it. Take them out and check to see if the outside needs cleaned. You may want to use Lime Away of CLR. Then put it back on and you should be good to go.

Remove the showerhead and look for a plastic disc with small holes in it It is normally located right where the connector meets the supply fitting on the showerhead side. This disc is supposed to save water by only allowing so much through the showerhead but in effect it stops so much water that only a gentle trickle comes out. Take the disc out and discard. Tighten the showerhead back up.

first, take the shower head off and remove the water saving device inside. It's probably white and has little holes in it. You're gonna need some teflon tape to put it back on. Otherwise, you're gonna need to find a pressure increasing shower head.

Hi,

A good shower needs two things -- hot water and high pressure. eHow offers a guide on how to increase your own water pressure.

Some tips that may be of help...

1.) Try "rinsing off or replacing clogged or corroded screens" on in-line devices.
2.) Consider increasing pipe size.
3.) Consider increasing the size of the "main supply pipe from the water meter to the house."
4.) Consider installing a booster pump.

A second site (link included below) features another set of tips (complete with pictures). You find it useful.

good luck!

Mike

There are low volume, high pressure shower heads out there that will help with that. Also, if you have hard water and an old showerhead, just changing the head itself (or cleaning it) may help a lot.

take the head off and soak it in vinegar for 2 hours, that will break down all the hard water deposits. If it is a new haed it may have a water flow resticter in it, they are usually white. Take it out and then put the head back on

Your contemporary head is low intake (2-one million/2 GPM) no longer low rigidity. that's now a call for. i offered a Waterpic kind head and it will blow you out of the bathe if the water is became up intense. a splash greater high priced yet you should constantly take it with you once you pass away and reinstall the old one.

you can buy a new one from wal mart for $3, take it home and pry out the small plastic piece just inside the nozzle. That little hole will be much bigger, allowing more water through. If it has no plastic piece, just use a small drill bit to widen the hole...Ive done this several times.
