When Massachusetts legalized Gay Marriage how did this effect the housing and real estate market in Mass.?

It's not likely that it had any affect whatsoever. People needed a place to live prior to the change and that didn't change at all.

If anything at all happened, a few couples moved to the state to become legal residents as the change only applied to MA residents, not out-of-state residents.
