What is included in an autobiographical statement?

It has to be 2 pages and i am unsure what I should include.

You are writing about you....so in the first paragraph introduce yourself a little and break it down in to what you want to talk about in each paragraph.

I did one once and started when I was in Kindergarten and stopped at Senior year. I just included funny things and things that impacted me or made me what I am today. It was sort of fun
