Mascara - L'Oreal
Eyeliner - Revlon Color Stay
Blush - almost any brand
Brushes - Sonia Kashuk @ Target
Eye shadow - Revlon & L'Oreal
Sources for product reviews: makeupalley.com & cosmeticscop.com
Sheer lip gloss & lipstick = best bet for the sheer, barely there pink. Try Revlon Super Lustrous Lip Gloss, L'Oreal Juice Tubes & Cover Girl TruShine lip color.
Smith's Rosebud Salve = good option

It is also available @ some beauty supply stores & Bath & Bodyworks.

Mascara - go with Maybelline, they're world famous for their mascara
Eyeliner - Same as above
Foundation - I'd recommend Neutogena or the new Loreal Mineral powder, it's a great one step process.
Powder - try to match your powder and foundation brands they're formulated to work with each other
Blush/bronzer/eye shadows - Blush/Bronzer I'd go Neutrogena again or maybe Almay. For eyes: Loreal HIP colors are great and a little of that goes a long way! And Cover Girl Quads are nice too.
Brushes however, I'm going to leave up to you. In my opinion that's something you should invest some money into. Go ahead and buy yourself something cheap to get by but build up a collection of "real" brushes too. They're anywhere from $18-$30 for the good ones. But if you take care of them, you'll never have to buy another one. For good quality brushes that won't break your bank, check out Sephora and MAC they often have sets that are very affordable. Once you start using the quality brushes you'll feel the difference on your skin and with the application of your make up! Or you can venture to Target for the Sonia Kashuk, they're pretty good quality for a good price. (There's a full set on sale at Target.com for like $17.50!!!) HAPPY SHOPPING!!!!

so if you have to stick to walmart...
mascara- maybelline volum' express turbo boost 7x's mascara in black $5
eyeliner- cover girl liners with smudger $3
foundation- physician's formula.. any type because this brand is great $6-11
powder- again, physician's formula $7-9
blush- loreal blushes are nice and long-lasting
bronzer- not sure about any at walmart
brushes- you may not be able to find a full, quality brush set... invest elsewhere so they last for years
eyeshadow- revlon or loreal
find a local avon/mark rep for great stuff at reasonable prices.
check out sephora online for other brands.

I like these:
mascara- RIMMELL(i think that's how it's spelled) with the comb applicator, not the round brush. $5
eyeliner- i use wet n wild with the smudger $2
foundation- i don't use this, i just don't like it.
powder- i don't use this either, i think it's unnecessary if you use a bronzer powder
blush- i forgot the brand but it's in a dome. and it's like $10
bronzer- victoria's secret
brushes- it depends on what items you pick on what brushes you'll need. they're cheap
eyeshadow- victoria's secret 2 for $10

I have so many great products if you wanted to shop online. I sell avon and mark, and there are some great foundations and eye products I think you would love. I actually just purchased one of the Mark products that goes from a cream to a powder for a foundation, and it is absolutely wonderful. I have lots of different color combination that I could go over with you as well. I listed my website below you can browse and purchase your self on line or you can click on contact me and I can consult you for different colors and products (whether through me or elsewhere)
