it's about this girl that's a vampire and she wears this blue uniform and has orange she works in like the military and they kill other vampires and there is this guy thats a vampire that wears red and he kills other vampires i think he uses guns. i think that theres a guy following him trying to kill him.

That sounds like Seras Victoria of the anime Hellsing. The vampire in red as you described is Alucard. That is an AWESOME anime..one of my most favorites.

I believe it is Hellsing and the man in the red coat is a vampire himself named Alucard and the girl he's with is named Seras. You could find it om youtube or limewire.
