I personally think this should be part of the driving test so everyone knows how before they get a license.
Anyway, if you have to ask this question I suggest you call a roadside assistance company for help. It may cost you but if you have no clue what to do this is probably your safest option. If you can't call anyone get you owners manual and it will give you step by step instructions.

If you don't know and don't have an experienced person to help you, I suggest calling the auto club (AAA in US, CAA in Canada, or any service that comes with your car, credit card or insurance). If that isn't possible, first loosen the bolts that hold on the tire, then jack up the car, then remove the bolts and then the tire, then put on the spare, then replace the bolts, then let down the car, then tighten the bolts as much as you can. The tools should be in the car trunk along with the spare tire.

note: the lug nuts should be tightened in a Star pattern to ensure proper seating of the rim to the axle. Lug nut removal can be done in any sequence.
I would suggest that you review the owners manual that came with the car for: Jack location; jack operation, jack placement under the car.
Safety: since the car is very heavy; never never place any part of your body under the car.

If you have to ask this question, it is probably best to call roadside assistance, IE: AAA
If you don't know what you are doing, you can be seriously hurt and cause extensive damage to the vehicle.
