I have two leagues. I need to start one of the two running backs i give you. Which one would you start and why!!!

TEAM 1-

Current 2nd RB- Edgirren James vs. San Francisco
Current 3rd RB- Brandon Jacobs vs. Dallas

I know a lot of the experts just love Brandon Jacobs, but he's playing the difficult Dallas defense and Edge is facing the much easier San Fran D. Plus, Jacobs hasn't played in a game as the main back so who knows how he'll do. I'll wait on Jacobs until he gets his feet wet.

TEAM 2-

Current 2nd RB- Carnell Williams vs Miami
Current 3rd RB- Clinton Portis vs. Seattle

I probably know what your thinking, Portis over Cadillac, I know. But Portis is still recovering from his injury and hasn't played in a preseason game and returned to full practice about a week a go so I'll stick with Cadillac until I see a good show from Clinton.

Thanks for your help every body!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Team 1 - Edge versus SF. Arizona's O-line is improved and Edge should have a bounce back year after last year's disappointing season. Also, it's a good match-up against the SF defense. And, Jacobs might get some goal line touches taken away by Reuben Droughns.

Team 2 - Flip a coin. I'm not impressed at all by either Portis or Williams. Portis has a better match-up against a Seattle defense. But, Miami's offense is suspect and the Bucs won't have to take to the air to play catch-up, which would have limited Carnell's touches.

team 1. james because they have made a few adjustments with their o-line and i think james is gunna have an above average year in general.

team 2. portis because despite the injury mia def is tough on the run and cadillac is mediocre with no injuries. just my opinion. good luck.
