Anyone saying he wasn't street racing needs to look under what's left of the hood! not a stock motor!!!!!!! Wait till the poparatzy get a hold of this.

The public should care that he's not being charged for wreckless endangerment and fined/ jailed just as any other regular citizen would be! I didn't question if he was street driving! I know who built the motor....

Honey I live a block from where the accident happened in clearwater and yes he was speeding . No one wraps a car around a tree at 45 m.p.h. and that is what the speed limit is at that site . We know because the car was a toyota supra . Now the police are trying to cover this all up . I cannot believe how the rich are treated differently from the have nots .

Nick Hogan could have been racing or he may have been showing his car off ... Since he's been stopped before for excessive speeding, he may not have been racing this time (though honestly, I think he was racing) ... he may have been driving fast because he's a kid in a "souped up" Supra.

From what I can remember both of the Hogan's Toyota Supras had twin turbos.

oh he was racing for sure before the accident, and everyone knows it, but of course the hogan's are going to deny it.
