You don't say what the problems are but the baby needs to get to the END of 37 weeks to not be premature and have its own problems.
Sex, walking, spicy foods, etc, are not likely to work for someone with a month to go.
Have her talk to her doctor about her problems. If they are serious s/he might induce. Pregnancy is uncomfortable, it is the beginning of a million sacrifices we make, as I am sure you know.

Your daughter's doctor should be the one consulted in a serious matter such as this. There is no tried and true way to initiate labor before both the baby and mom's body are ready. Even medically supervised inductions don't always work. If there was a way to make labor come you can be sure there wouldn't be anyone going past their due date! My own 4 kids were all born past their due dates (by 9 days, 11 days, 5 days, and 7 days). I tried numerous suggestions by well-meaning friends and family. Eating spicy food, driving down bumpy roads, having sex, nipple stimulation, washing floors on hands and knees are just some of the Old Wives' Tales supposedly guaranteed to send some women into labor. I tried them all, but nothing worked for me. Some women will swear by one method or another, but there is no proven way to bring labor on until the time is right.

it could take place yet you're saying you dont' have lots fluid around him? they decide for the fluid to "swim" around in and swap in case you haven't any longer have been given lots he might stay the place he's. My twins have been born at 32wks gestation and the two have been breech, yet 3 days earlier one replaced into breech and different replaced into head down so regardless of two in there mine had sufficient room to nonetheless pass. you may pass into labour in spite of what place the toddler is in, however the birthing technique is a lot greater durable if the toddler isn't head down. Thats because of the fact the pinnacle is designed to pass and shape to the delivery canal the butt heavily isn't as versatile that could bring about emergency c-sections, episiotomey, forceps. I even have had the two VD & C-area and restoration replaced into with regard to the comparable for the two. C=area i did no longer stroll til the subsequent morning (3pm delivery) VD I walked later that evening.

its not safe to "put" your self in labor at 36 weeks, there is still a chance that the lungs are not fully mature yet. what would she rather deal with a few problems or a baby in the nicu (neonatal intensive care unit)?
to me the choice is simple

she wouldn't- the doctor should make that determination. Some people swear that eating spicey foods (like Mexican) can induce labor. But if she's truly having difficulty she shouldn't mess around and try anything her self- she should get her fanny to the doctor immediately.

She can't, and with the trouble her baby would experience - at 34 weeks gestation a singleton fetus frequently cannot breathe on its own - she shouldn't even try.
Three more weeks, if I could do 21 more days with twins, she can do it with one. Just keep her spirits up and keep her busy.

firstly the baby will only come when it is ready, and im not sure what problems you refer to so it is hard to give advise on this question because of this, however, in general sex can soften the cervix and help induce labour, castor oil, raspberry leaf tea, and walking help. :)

She can't and she shouldn't. If she is having problems, she needs to see her doctor and follow his/her advice to the letter.
