It depends on the situation. Sometimes I need to project a strong,kind of above-being-hurt image in order for other people to feel they can depend on me,like I'm a guy who can survive anything. Other situations I need to open up and let people know how I'm really feeling. It depends on trust,too. Sometimes - with some people - it's best not to be too open.

I use to share my heart until somebody beat the hell out of it and then stamped it into the dirt. Now, I lock it like Fort Knox. I haven't seen a reason I'd want to share again.

OMG - I was just thinking about putting in this question 2 days ago. I wish I could lock my heart up like fort knox sometimes... My husband IS Fort Knox.
