Please.......I need your help........?

I was in the middle of editing my avatar and it quit on me and left me w/what you see....Not what I wanted , but when I try to go back to edit ... nothing happens....What do I do...? Thank you so much for your help.

I see, you might want to try to restart & if it doesn't work try starting a new window maybe one will show up & open.
