Watch School Days. That's a really good romantic anime. It's like Tokimeki Memorial, except Makoto (male lead) is a little bit more... assertive. It is currently airing right now.
School Days has gone from pretty good to being possibly the best shounen romance anime ever. Every second oozes perfection, from the gripping suspense to the overbearing guilt, from the precise fanservice to the impeccably timed insert songs. SD is the zenith in the evolving formula of shounen romance, and has set a new standard which all subsequent shows will be compared to.

I have so many that I think I can't even list them all here but here I go: School Rumble Yumeiro Patissiere Kaikan Phase (I prefer the manga though) Guaken Alice Kodocha Itzura na kiss (This one i think is based on a drama) Kamichama Karin Chibi Vampire (Karin) Vampire Knight (I didn't like the ending though) Kare Kano Nodame Cantabile (not very romantic, but the romance grows and it is hilarious) Ouran High School Host Club (VERY funny with romance) (OHSHC is the initial) Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge Lovely Complex Sailor Moon (a classic) Inuyasha (mostly fighting, but it does have romance) Special A Clannad (This anime is SAD and I mean SAD in capital letters) Zero No Tsukaima Golden Time (The girl can annoy you sometimes) Ultra Maniac Romeo+Juliet (The changes are: Romeo's father owes the floating city they live in and Juliet is the last Capulet.) Da Capo La Corda D'oro (primo passo and secondo passo) DN angel Fushigi Yugi Kamikaze Kaito Jeanne Mermaid Melody Tokyo Mew Mew (classic maybe i'm not sure?) Peach Girl Full Moon wo Sagashite Fruits Basket (not really romantic, but it's a really sweet anime) Card Captor Sakura (romance doesn't start until she meets the boy) Hana Yori Dango (all I have to say is the guy is a Ahole in the start) Bokura Ga Ita Pretear The Tale of Saiunkoku (art and animation is GREAT) Shakugan No Shana (a mix of action and romance) (has 3 seasons and it gets more romantic!) Well thats all I got hope you like them :)

peach girl is a really good one!!!! its soooo good!!! you can watch the anime at www.veoh.com!!! its about a girl named momo who likes a boy named toji but toji is rumored to dislike girls with tans as guess what!! momo has a HUGE tan!! well, yeah!! the rumor is a lie, they both go out... toji then breaks her heart so momo falls for kiley, the school flirt and hottie... who likes momo but loves someone else... thats how good it is!!!!
