Getting Lap band surgery with Aetna Ins. Just started doc appt's, any advice I should know?

don't expect the surgery to make your problems go away, it won't. You will lose weight, but what makes you unhappy now will make you just as unhappy as when you lose the weight, all I am saying is moderate your expectations for what will happen after you have lost the weight.
