There is no other decimal number OTHER THAN 0.68 that is equal to 0.68, unless you count the same number without the leading 0 as separate number. .68

I suppose you could convert to number systems with other bases:

0.68 = 68/100
= 17/25
= 3/5 + 2/25
= 0.32 base 5.

0.68 = 68/100
= 153/225
= 10/15 + 3/225
= 0.A3 base 15 (where A is the base 15 digit 1 greater than 9.)

Wait.. I know. How about trailing zeros:
0.68 = 0.68000
Add as many or as few as you'd like.

Ok, here's a tricky one:
0.68 = 0.67(9) (where (9) represents the repeating portion of the number.)
Am I positive that 0.67(9) is equal to 0.68? You bet I am!

What you PROBABLY want is two FRACTIONS that are equal to 0.68. The obvious one is 68/100. You can divide the numerator and denominator by the common factor (which is 4) to get 17/25.

Umm...you already gave a decimal.
There's only one decimal that equals itself.

You mean fractions?

68/100 = .68

34/50 = .68

17/25 = .68

136/200 = .68

(basically, any fraction where the top number divided by the bottom number equals your desired answer, is equal to it).
You can find equivalent fractions by just multiplying or dividing top and bottom numbers BOTH by the same number...just make sure your resulting fraction's top and bottom numbers are both whole numbers - else there's no point in fractions if you're just including decimals as part of them anyway.
