oh oh, well as a parent, i would say to my child, "you better get crackin." nothing will make up for not reading the book. put the computer away, and enjoy a wonderful book. You didn't say how long you have, but why have you waited so long to finish it?? No matter, point is, you need to read it..that was the assignment. You can cover a lot of pages, so hurry up and do it. No phone calls, friends, or computer until your done. Finishing the book will be an accomplishment, and you will feel better about yourself, rather than looking for a short cut.... happy reading. :)

Both Boo and Tom are mockingbirds, and, having failed to save Tom, Atticus and Heck are careful to shield Boo even though he's actually the guiltier (although justifiably so) of the two. And, just maybe, Mayella is another one, or at least verging in that direction. As Scout notes, she has tried to beautify the front yard of the family's shanty, and she seems to be habitually clean (unlike her father, who seems to have had his first bath in memory for the occasion of the trial). Although she commits perjury and contributes to Tom's death, she has evidently been coerced by her father into doing so, when in reality she was attracted to Tom, who was probably the only person to treat her kindly and decently.

There are no online listening sites for the book - at least not for free. You can BUY the audio book online (for about $40 - see first link below), though you might also be able to borrow the audio book from your library.
But the second link below may help you some.

Finish it! It's one of the best books ever! :)
You could also rent the movie, but the movie cuts out A LOT of details you will probably be tested on.
there are also Cliff Notes (if they even still make them), little black and yellow books that summarize classic works for you.
But please, just read the whole thing! Else you will regret it when you are older, or when you fail the test! ;)

why don't you just sparknote it?
you can go to sparknote.com and look it up. they will have summaries for the chapters that would help you finish it more quickly. sparknotes honestly does give all of the detail you need on the book.

It is faster to read a book yourself than to listen to someone else read it.
