Probably means you are gay. May as well be. After dumping your GF and then watching her hump your roomate, men are the only ones you will get. Have fun rump ranger!

I thinks it's pretty normal. That's about how long it took me to get emotionally involved again. I had flings, but I never cared if they stayed around or not. Until I met my husband. We were friends for a couple of years before we dated though. I just wasn't ready to put myself out there like that for a long time.

What is normal...
It takes as long as it takes. Sucks that you had your heart broken, smashed to bits even... It just takes time. It is also understandable that you want to just take things one step at a time. All you can do it remember how you felt and try to never do that to anyone else.

You might want to not date at all and get ahold of your feelings. Put in mind aids, stds whatever else is out there. Now a days seriously is better than the alternative...disease. Everyone gets there heart broken it will heal and you will move on.

only you know what's normal for yourself. Once bitten twice shy... and for three years? For you it's normal Eventually, you'll know when you're ready for something serious again.
You'll want to take a chance .... you'll know when
good luck.
