This is a high school newspaper. Where can I find an online guide on how to make a student newspaper?

Unfortunately, the most important thing is money. You'll need to get at least one computer where all the articles and photos, etc, will be stored and disseminated to the school (i.e., via e-mail or on your school's website, assuming you have one). Then, of course, you'll need money for paper and printing, assuming you'll be issuing a physical version.
