Wife mentally harasses her husband and her parents in law, ill treats them, almost all the times preparing food according to her wish, always behaves what her father says without having her own opinion, no respect for elders.
Even the Advocate said if husband approaches for divorce, he has to pay his wife, even when he at no FAULT!

Maybe the should have made sure their match was a good one before they got married to begin with. Depending on what state they live in, assets are split in half. Anything before the marriage is the owners, anything during the marriage is considered community property and split. If more people didn't jump into marriage for 'a lifetime' you wouldn't need divorce lawyers!

I think it depends on your state. Where I live, each party usually pays their own legal fees. Also, not all men have to pay alimony. Some women have to if they make more money. The principal is to maintain the living conditions/financial conditions of the marriage for each partner. I know if my husband divorced me, I wouldn't take a dime of his "charity" money. Real women take care of themselves. Maybe you're not in the US though, may be different where you are.

If you want it just pay for it. I paid for my own no fault and he signed the papers. I just initiated the divorce before him. If it was up to him we would still be married. It was so worth it.

What if the husband cheats, beats his wife , kids then leaves her penniless. Damn right he should PAY!
