it is an insignificant lose of blood, so little you may not notice, or you could notice on the sheet blanket.
It is painful, but there´s nothing you can do about the pain; you have to feel it anyway, first time alwasy hurts.
And the girl might not bleed cause the hymen can break due to lost of things; like riding a bike and climbing a tree, so she may not bleed.
Good luck! ;D

IF the girl still has her hymen in place (a lot of girls don't by the time they have sex) than it won't be more than a couple of drops of blood, not much and it i possible that they will continue to bleed for the first 2 or 3 times until the hymen is fully worn out.
Virgins don't usually prepare before hand. If they do it may be by taking a pain killer a bit before but i have never heard of this. They may use a lot of time on foreplay e.g. the man fingering her etc to help wear the hymen a bit.
It is painful yes the first couple of times a virgin has sex since the muscles are being stretched to accommodate for a penis; which is a lot larger than anything they would of likely experienced. It can be pleasurable in a way of deeply connecting with someone you love. But for me (and friends) it is not physically that pleasurable the first time.

There is a membrane called a hymen, that girls have until they break it, which can happen a number of ways. Either from having sex, riding a bike, doing exercises, riding a horse, a lot of things. Most of the time, when it breaks from something other than intercourse, a girl doesn't really notice it and sometimes it doesn't bleed.
I've heard that a girl's first time having intercourse is painful. Honestly, I don't remember it, so I couldn't tell you. I suppose it is, since a girl is very tight and most of the time, not yet old enough to have sex so their body has not matured the right way.
The only way to "prepare" to have sex for the first time is to do foreplay so that the woman is lubricated enough for a penis to enter her vagina. [Sorry that is so graphic, but it's true]. There is no medicine that will break a hymen or get a woman ready to have sex for the first time.

Yes, sometimes sex can be painful to some women. But the best way to avoid it is to have partner with whom you can communicate well about the things you enjoy and that give you pleasure and who can do the same with you. This means that you can trust trust each and thus your experiences will be much more pleasurable and complete. Yes some men DO enjoy seeing women experience pain during sex. These men are usually dominant and/or sadists. The good thing is that if you communicate with your partner you will know if this is something he likes. The other good thing is that there are plenty of submissive and/or masochistic women out there to fulfill these men's needs, so you don't have to. Another thing you need to know is that a lot of women tend to exaggerate unpleasant or painful experiences when they are doing the "girl talk" thing. This is true of sexual experiences, child birth, relationship issues, and illnesses. It is the female version of the "I caught a fish THIS big", also known as one-upmanship. Take all those stories with a grain of salt. And finally, there are plenty of things that men find painful sexually. From teeth scraping during oral to blue balls for the unfulfilled, and lots of things in between. So be fair and see both sides of the coin.

No not all women bleed first time. I didn't. And if they do its usually only minimal. So yes first sex can be pleasurable, and sometimes its not. Women are born with a hymen, however, it is usually gone before they have sex the first time, unless they are really young. It can tear from alot of physical activity, as most kids do, from tampon use, etc. So that is not a factor for all women, some yes.

Not all virgins have a hymen, as it could be torn from physical activity other than sex.
Not everyone hurts or bleeds the first time having sex.
Its different with each person.

Depends on the girl. depends on weather shes completely comfortable with you and with having sex. the less tense she is the less likely it is to hurt. i know a girl that said did'nt hurt her at all. does'nt hurt when the hymen breaks anyway as most girls don't even know its happened. there's not a medicine just need to alot of patience and time, so they feel aroused and relaxed as possible.

First time sex can be unpleasurable and could hurt. But this isn't always the case. Relax first off and try not to get your expectations too high. It is better if you set your standards/dreams low in this case.
