Should I not eat off my antique Fiestaware?

I heard that you can get lead poisoning, but I haven't found any concrete answers anywhere.

to find out if you flesta ware has lead, in it turn one over ,[upside down] pour a small amount of vinegar on bottom, let it set over night, if it turns yellow there's lead in it,

I haven't heard that you can't eat off of fiestaware. I eat off of mine and I have never come up with lead poisioning. I think it would have a lot to do with whether the place ware is sealed or not.
