Walk around other buildings that are nearby, and find the vending machines in them. On a machine there is usually contact information for whomever is managing that machine, you could call them. Or, the people in the building with the machine might know the distributor, because he has to get in an maintain the machine.
You can also try the phone book and see if there are any contact numbers for vending machines.

Poll or get a list of other employees at your work who want them. Take the list to your boss and tell her this is what we want...If your boss is smart, she will do it.
