The term "web address" is generally associated with what's properlay called a URL It is the location of a specific page on the internet (i.e "answers.yahoo.com" is the site you are looking at right now if you copy that and put it in the URL bar at the top of your browser, then it will take you to the home page of this website.)

An email address is the address an email client will use to send an email to it's recipient, that's why each one has to be unique. The term before the "@" sign is what the user chooses. The term after it is the host. So if you see an email address dangimawesome@yahoo.com "dangimawesome" is the users Yahoo name and the "yahoo.com" protion says where on the internet that said user is hosted by.
