Well a dose of me and a side of you....that should be a potent concoction and would surely get rid of everything....

Otherwise...try Robitussin and Vitamin C tablets

I take B-12, a B complex, a Centrum, and (don't laugh) hot and sour soup. Not only is it a chicken soup, but the heat of the flavors will clear out sinuses like you can't believe.

I hate a cold in the summer time!!!!! Drink alot of orange juice,get alot of rest and take tylenol. Don't really know what else to tell ya,because when I get a cold nothing ever really works!!!! GOOD luck and hope you get to feeling better!!!!!

ZINC! oh yea..and to prevent urself from getting a cold again..take vitamin c and multivitamins..they helps me a lot.
